Instead of the chocolate drops, you can use some dark sugar-free chocolate or Lindt 90 percent. But then you might need to add more sweetener - I use stevia and erythritol. It's best to taste how you like it.
The greek yogurt can be replaced with cream cheese, sour cream or normal plain yogurt with high fat content.
The gelatin is poured with 2 fl oz (60 ml) of cold water in a cup and allowed to swell. Meanwhile, mix the rest of the ingredients.
Melt the chocolate drops in a water bath or in the microwave.
Mix everything with a whisk, not a mixer. Finally, the gelatin is melted in a water bath and added to the mixture, stirring again.
Pour into a suitable mold or molds and put the chocolate mousse in the refrigerator until it sets well.
