How to make
Beat the eggs and whites with a mixer into a fluffy cream.
Add the cottage cheese, cream cheese, turmeric, salt and half of the sunflower oil.
Beat again for 1 minute. Then pour the grated cheddar and mix by hand.
Grease a teflon baking pan with the remaining sunflower oil and pour the mixture inside.
Heat the oven to 480°F (250°C) and bake for about 25 minutes, until it aquires a golden brown color.
Take the keto bread out and leave it cool and set for at least 5-6 hours before eating it.
The quick and delicious keto flatbread is ready.
