How to make
The lamb head is boiled. It is deboned and the meat is cut.
The tongue is also finely chopped.
Cleaned and washed onions, garlic and carrots are finely chopped and stewed in the fat.
Add paprika and other spices.
They are poured with the broth from boiling the head. After it boils, add the rice. Boil another fifteen minutes.
Season the finished lamb soup with chopped parsley and spearmint.
An egg and a spoonful of yogurt can also be added, but it is not necessary for this delicious lamb head soup.
