  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Clean lamb head and cook in a pressure cooker until done.

Cool and debone the head. Remove the tongue and peel it. Cut the tongue into small pieces.

Put the meat in a suitable baking pan, add the butter, season with salt and paprika.
