How to make
Wash the lamb heads and put them in a large pot to boil. After they form a foam, remove it.
Transfer them into a pressure cooker with clean water and a little salt and cook for the time specified on your cooker.
If you don't have such a pot, continue to boil them in the same one you put them in.
After you boil them, debone them.
With this wonderful lamb stew, you can make a delicious lamb soup or add rice to them in the baking pan.
The Boiled Lamb Head is ready.
