How to make
The potatoes are peeled, washed and cut into cubes. The onions are cut into large pieces and the carrots are peeled and cut into rings.
Put the carp head, potatoes, carrots, onion and bay leaf in a large pot and cover with the water (broth). Boil for about 30-40 minutes.
The head is removed, the meat is separated and placed back into the pot. Add salt to taste, black pepper and tomato puree. Boil for another 5-10 minutes.
Finally, it is removed from the heat, the butter and finely chopped parsley are added and the fish soup is served garnished with lemon wedges.
The carp head soup is ready.
