  • oil - 5 fl oz (150 ml)
  • milk - 6.8 fl oz (200 ml)
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • flour - 1.3 lb (600 g)

How to make

Beat the eggs with a mixer, add the two types of sugar and continue to beat until the mixture begins to foam.

Add the milk, yogurt, oil and continue mixing with the mixer. Then add the flour mixed with the baking powder and beat gently with a wire whisk so that no lumps form.
