How to make
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Beat the yolks with the water, oil, add the flour with the baking powder and vanilla.
Carefully add in the whites, while stirring by hand. Heat the waffle maker and fill each nest with 2 tbsp of the mixture. Close and cook 5 min.
Take them out and arrange onto a cooking grid (so they don't soften). Repeat this for the rest of the mixture. Garnish as desired.
