  • milk - 2 cups
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • flour - 4 cups
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • salt - a pinch
  • vanilla powder - 1 pc. (0.2 g) or essence
  • butter - 4 tbsp. melted

How to make

A classic waffle recipe, kids love them. I remember as a child my mother used to make them and like this she taught me to eat strawberry jam with them (I didn't like it very much), but waffles have no equal for breakfast, for dinner - they are still delicious!

Separate the eggs into two bowls, the yolks in one and the whites in the other. The egg yolks are beaten with a mixer with sugar, until a white mixture is obtained.

Add the vanilla, butter and milk to them and beat.

The flour is sifted along with the baking powder and salt. They are added to the rest of the products and are beaten again.

Beat the egg whites into a thick mixture and carefully add them to the already prepared batter with a few stirrings. You have to be careful, so that the mixture doesn't lose its volume.

They are baked in a waffle iron - they rise quite quickly.

They can be served both with white cheese and with jam, chocolate or honey. The choice is entirely yours!
