How to make
Clean the bell peppers from the seeds and handles, cut them into pieces about the size of a bite. Separately, cut the garlic cloves into slices, the parsley coarsely.
In washed and dried jars, pour in the vinegar, oil, add the sugar, salt and black pepper grains. Fill the jars with the pieces of bell peppers well, while adding chopped garlic and parsley somewhere in the middle.
Top the jars off with water and seal, boil the jars no longer than 10 min. just to sterilize.
The result is tasty and crunchy bell peppers.
