measures

How to make

Knead a dough from all the listed products.

Knead on a floured surface until you have a smooth dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Cut the balls slightly smaller than a walnut and form strips with your palms, then join the ends in a bagel shape.

Place the small taralli in salted boiling water (7-8 at a time), not all at once.

As soon as they float to the surface, remove and place them on a clean towel.

Arrange the taralli in a baking tray lined with baking paper. From this amount of products, you will get 1 standard oven tray.

Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 30 minutes or until fully baked.

Healthy and crunchy, these taralli are suitable for vegans and people who want to take care of their figure.

I recommend using a nicely flavored olive oil as it really adds to the flavor of this crunchy Italian delight.

Enjoy your meal!
