Very easy and delicious No Knead Bread!
Pour the warm water into a deep bowl. Pour the baking soda into it and then the apple cider vinegar to activate it.
Then add the flavoring ingredients – Himalayan salt, brown crystal sugar and unrefined sunflower oil.
While mixing with a whisk, add the 3 types of flour (whole wheat, brown and corn) to thicken and form a wet dough, similar to a very thick porridge.
Spread the mixture in a baking pan, which has been smeared with sunflower oil and sprinkled with a little flour.
Bake the dietary bread in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
As soon as it is ready, take it out of the baking pan while it is still warm and wrap it in a bread towel.
It is incredibly delicious and aromatic when it is served warm!
