Ingredients

  • whole grain flour - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • dry yeast - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • water - lukewarm
  • tomatoes
  • pesto

How to make

Mix the flour. Add the salt, sugar, olive oil and yeast. Add lukewarm water and knead a soft and non-sticky dough.

Cover and let it rise.

Divide it into 8 balls.

Shape the baguettes. Arrange them on a non-stick tray. Make a slit along the surface of each baguette.

Put them in an oven at 120°F (50°C), for 15 minutes with a fan. Once they have doubled in size, remove the tray from the oven.

Arrange tomato slices in the slits of the baguettes and spread them with pesto. Bake at 390°F (200°C) until done.
