  • spring onions - 3 - 4 stalks
  • roasted peppers - 2
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp.

How to make

The potatoes are washed, boiled, peeled and cut into large pieces. The peppers are chopped and added to the potatoes.

Finely chop the onion and add it to the rest of the products.

The potato salad is seasoned with salt, olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

The potatoes become even tastier and more aromatic if we leave them for a few hours before serving.
