How to make
Clean the brussels sprouts of any yellowed leaves and wash them well. Put them to blanch for a few minutes in boiling water, to which you have added lemon juice from 1/2 lemon and a little nutmeg. Drain the slightly softened sprouts well.
Heat butter in a wide pan and briefly fry the chopped garlic cloves. Add the sprouts and stir until braised. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the brussels sprouts with butter, sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley and the remaining lemon juice.
