How to make
Clean the fish from the scales and entrails and wash them well.
Dry them well and sprinkle them with white pepper inside and out.
Put a few sprigs of thyme and a few slices of lemon in the belly of the sea bream.
Make slits on one side of the fish with a sharp knife and put slices of lemon and thyme in them as well.
Spread the sea salt evenly over the bottom of a baking pan lined with baking paper and place the sea bream on top.
Put them in the oven at about 390°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
Remove the roasted fish and serve while still warm with a garnish of your choice.
The sea bream with sea salt and thyme is very tasty.
