How to make
Remove the artichokes from the excess hard leaves and cut 2 fingers from the top, so that only the tender core remains. Cut it in half lengthwise or leave it whole.
Cut the potatoes into circles.
Arrange them in a baking pan and pour a little olive oil, half of the white wine and broth dissolved in a little warm water. Sprinkle them with dill and salt and bake the food for 15 minutes at 360°F (180 degrees).
After this time, remove the baking pan from the oven and place the sea bream on top - whole. Where they are split, add lemon slices and salt. Sprinkle them with the rest of the olive oil and white wine. If you have a lemon left, you can also squeeze it on top.
Bake the fish at the same temperature for another 15 minutes.
Enjoy! The oven-baked sea bream with artichokes and potatoes is ready.
