  • red sea bream fish - 2 - 3 pcs.
  • potatoes - 4 - 5 pcs. (semi - cooked)
  • celery - 3 bunches
  • olive oil
  • lemons - 1 pc.
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Boil the potatoes, until they're semi-cooked in salted water and cut them into circles. Cover the bottom of a greased pan with them. Cover with half of whole celery on top.

On the vegetables, place the fish, which have been cleaned and flavored with salt, black pepper and lemon. Lemon slices are placed in the bellies of the fish.

The fish are covered with the remaining celery. Cover the products with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45-50 minutes.

Remove the foil, remove the top layer of celery and serve the red sea bream on a the potatoes and the bottom layer of celery.
