How to make
The sea bream is cleaned, washed and dried with kitchen paper. Cuts are made on one side of the fish with a knife and a few slices of lemon are placed there.
They are abundantly salted on the outside and sprinkled with black pepper and salt on the inside. Herbs, garlic and 1-2 pieces of lemon are placed in their bellies. Place the fish in a greased baking pan and drizzle them with olive oil.
The sea bream is baked under foil in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C) for about 30-40 minutes. After that, the foil is removed and the whole oven-baked sea bream with herbs is baked for another 10 minutes.
The Delicious Baked Fish is served with a side dish of your choice.
