How to make
Chop the herbs very finely. Press the garlic cloves, add them to the herbs, season with salt and mix well.
With the mixture prepared in this way, smear the fish on the outside and put the rest inside the belly.
Squeeze the lemons, add olive oil, a pinch of salt and black pepper to the juice.
If you don't like the taste of sour, you can dilute the dressing with a cup of water.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the sea bream in it, sprinkle it with breadcrumbs and pour the dressing over it.
Roast the sea bream at 390°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes.
Just before you take the tray with roasted sea bream out of the oven, add a handful of black olives.
Serve the sea bream with herbs and olives drizzled with the sauce released during roasting.
