Ingredients

  • potatoes - 3
  • tomatoes - 1 cup canned
  • chicken drumsticks - 2
  • carrots - 1
  • green beans - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • corn flour - 2 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • salt
  • dill
  • oil - 3 tbsp.

How to make

Boil the chicken drumsticks in salted water.

Heat oil in a saucepan and stew the chopped carrot and onion with a little water. Add the chopped green beans to them.

Cover and cook until the green beans soften, by stirring occasionally. Add the potatoes, followed by the tomatoes and paprika.

Pour the broth in which you boiled the chicken, mix and add the deboned and chopped meat. If necessary, add salt.

Reduce the heat and cook the stew until done.

Finally, add the corn flour diluted with a little water and the garlic cloves.

Sprinkle the dish with chopped dill and serve warm.
