Ingredients

  • apple cider vinegar - 1 1/2 cups
  • water - 1 1/2 cups
  • sea salt - 8 teaspoons
  • sugar - 4 tsp
  • cherry tomatoes - 24.5 oz (700 g)
  • garlic - 1 head
  • chili peppers - 2 - 4, optional

How to make

Combine the vinegar and water in a small pot on the stove, and add the salt and sugar. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove it from the heat.

Meanwhile, chop the cleaned garlic into slices and cut the chili peppers into circles.

Prepare 3 jars and distribute the washed and dried cherry tomatoes in them. In each, add a little garlic and some chilies. You can also add black pepper grains if desired.

Pour in the liquid up to the rim of the jars and close well with caps. Sterilize the pickled cherry tomatoes for 10 minutes after the water starts boiling.
