How to make
Wash the cherry tomatoes and arrange them into the jars. To avoid them from bursting from the hot marinate, pierce each tomato several times.
Add 4-5 pepper corns in between the tomatoes, a clove of garlic, a slice of onion, and a stalk of parsley.
Fill the jars with boiling water, seal them and allow to cool completely.
Pour the cooled liquid from he jars into a pot, bring to a boil and add the salt and sugar. Bring to a boil again.
Add the vinegar, boil the marinade one more time and fill the jars while it is still hot.
Seal the jars carefully and turn them upside down. Cover with a cloth and allow to cool completely.
Tha Marinated Cherry Tomatoes are ready.
