How to make
Season the white fish fillets with the dry spices and drizzle them with the juice of the squeezed lemon.
Arrange the fillets in a baking bag, add slices of butter, chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
Tie the bag and bake the white fish with cherry tomatoes in a baking bag at 360°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes.
