How to cook
The whole sea bream fish are cleaned from the entrails are washed and dried well with kitchen paper. Season them with salt inside and out and spread them with olive oil. Place them in a container and pour a mixture of white wine and lemon juice over them. They are left this way to marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and mix them with a little olive oil, salt, oregano and crushed garlic cloves.
The marinated fish need to be removed from the liquid, in which they have been. Their bellies are filled with the prepared cherry tomatoes and they are placed in a greased baking pan. Pour 1 cup of water or a little of the marinade and bake them at 360°F (180 degrees) for 25-28 minutes.
The finished stuffed fish is served with potatoes or fresh salad as a garnish.
