"A wonderful sea bream with a walnut crust, which is suitable for an occasion or just for a any day with your loved ones"

Ingredients

  • sea bream - 1 pc. (medium - sized)
  • walnuts - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 1.2 oz (35 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • soft butter - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • dried dill - 2 pinches
  • spices - according to your taste
  • salt - by taste
  • olive oil - for drizzling

How to make

Clean the sea bream and separate the two fish fillets with skin. Use tweezers to remove all of the other fine bones.

Put the walnuts, fresh spices of your choice and garlic in a blender, or finely chop them by hand.

Mix with the butter, breadcrumbs and dried dill.

If desired, add 1/2 or less of the egg white to the resulting mixture, so that a paste can be obtained. If you skip adding the egg white, you just have to grind or chop the ingredients into small pieces.

Place the walnut mixture on each sea bream fillet, on the meat side. Press it down firmly, in order to make it a thick crust. For a thinner crust, you can cut down on the products.

Drizzle the fillets with olive oil and bake them at 390°F (200 degrees) for 15 minutes. For larger fish, it would take a little longer to bake in the oven.

Serve the sea bream with walnut crust with lemon slices.
