How to make
Pour the cream cheese into a bowl.
Add the capers chopped into small pieces, season with a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of black pepper.
Mix the products well. Cut the tomatoes into two halves.
Remove the seeds with a small spoon.
Fill both halves with the cheese and put them back together.
Serve the stuffed cherry tomatoes and capers with toast as an appetizer!
