How to make
Wash and strain all of the products. Arrange the lettuce leaves in a suitable plate.
Cut just a little from the top of the tomatoes - this will keep them still. Arrange them on the lettuce.
Then cut their tops off on the other side and carve them out. Season them with salt.
Cut the mozzarella into pieces of appropriate size and place them in the carved tomatoes.
Decorate the stuffed tomatoes with basil and sprinkle them with olive oil.
