How to make
Cut the tops off the cleaned tomatoes, take the insides out and fill them with the stuffing.
The stuffing is made as follows: mix the mince with the finely chopped onions, salt, paprika, black pepper, rice.
Arrange the stuffed tomatoes in a tray and pour enough water and butter (eyeball it) over them. Bake them until the water is absorbed.
Serve the stuffed tomatoes with yoghurt that you've mixed with a little garlic if desired.
