How to make
The products for the marinade are for one jar. The tomatoes and carrots are cut into circles. Finely chop the dill.
Arrange the tomatoes in jars, by alternating them with the dill. Mix the water with the other products and leave them to boil. After five minutes, remove them from the heat.
Strain the marinade and pour it over the tomatoes. Close the jars immediately and turn them upside down. Shake the jars every day for 20 days.
Store them in a dark and cool place.
The pickle with green tomatoes and carrots is ready.
