How to make

For this pork curry, cut the onion, pepper and carrot into cubes and separate them on a plate.

Cut the pork into cubes.

Put it on a high heat and heat a pot with a little oil and fry the pork. Once it is ready, we put it on a separate plate.

In the same pot, put the onion, carrot and pepper with a little oil and fry with a little salt.

After 4-5 minutes, add the Thai paste and after 2-3 minutes, add the red wine.

Add the bay leaves, the savory herb, fresh thyme and oregano, the canned beans, the tomatoes, the water and the meat and let it boil until it thickens.

Finely chop the fresh parsley and sprinkle over the juicy curry after removing from the heat.

Serve the quick Thai bean curry with pork and you pour yourself a pint for a job well done!
