How to make
The pre-marinated rabbit is cut into portions and stewed in butter over low heat.
Set the sealed meat aside and fry the bacon and flour in the same cookware. When the bacon turns golden, add the yogurt and a little broth.
Return the meat back to the vessel.
Boil until done.
The stewed rabbit is garnished with blueberry sauce and rice garnish or spinach.

The orange peel is boiled and cut into thin strips, then added to the finished sauce.
