How to make
First, soak the rabbit in cold water with 1 tbsp vinegar.
Then cut it into portions and braise in a pot, add the onions, fry until they turn transparent.
Sprinkle paprika and pour in water, boil the rabbit about 1 hour on low. Peel the tomatoes and mash or grate them, add them as well.
Taste the meat, if it tears easily add the potatoes with the spearmint and a little salt. Once fully boiled, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
