  • rabbit meat - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • butter
  • pearl onions - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • onion - 1 onion
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • For the sauce
  • blueberry jam - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mustard - 1 tbsp. dissolved in water
  • red wine - 1/2 glass of water
  • orange juice - from 1 small orange

How to make

The pre-marinated rabbit is cut into portions and stewed in butter over low heat.

Set the sealed meat aside and fry the bacon and flour in the same cookware. When the bacon turns golden, add the yogurt and a little broth.

Return the meat back to the vessel.
