How to make
Heat the oil and fry the chopped bacon. Put the portioned rabbit in to fry evenly. Chop the garlic, parsley and 3 small onion heads and throw them in with the rabbit, along with the other onion heads.
Add 1 cup of hot water and wine, season it with salt, black pepper to taste and let the meat stew for 1 hour. Then add the tomato paste and chopped mushrooms.
Simmer until completely soft. Finally, add a little paprika and parsley (finely chopped).
