How to make
To start the recipe, wash and dry the peppers.
Place them in a baking tray in the oven to bake. Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool. When cool, peel them and discard the stems.
Boil the chickpeas, strain them and let them cool. Put the chickpeas, roasted peppers, tahini, salt, squeezed lemon, olive oil and garlic cloves into the blender.
Blend until everything is homogenized.
Pour the hummus into jars and enjoy the unique combination.
