Ingredients

  • roasted red peppers - 6
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • cream cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • pickles - 5
  • walnuts - 4 tbsp. crushed
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • dill - 3 sprigs

How to make

Crush the garlic cloves in a bowl.

Cut the pickles into small cubes and add to the garlic along with the cream cheese, crushed walnuts, olive oil and finely chopped dill.

Mix the mixture well and add a little salt, if necessary.

Halve the peeled roasted red peppers and open them up. If they are larger, cut them in half.

Place the filling at one end and roll the pepper into a roll.

Garnish the Festive Red Pepper Rolls with crushed walnuts and dill.
