How to make
Spread the bread slices with the butter.
Then add the pesto. Arrange some salmon, tofu and finally Emmental on top of the pesto.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for about 10 minutes only on top.
To decorate the sandwiches use the chopped spring onions.
We eat the sandwiches with red pepper pesto with pleasure and without thinking how many we have eaten, because they are incredibly tasty :)
