How to make
Cut the meat into cubes.
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
In a deep frying pan we heat the fat, fry them and add the chopped meat.
Add the chopped peppers and tomatoes, pour the wine and put the lid on.
Cook over low heat until done, stirring occasionally.
Towards the end, add the dry spices to the pan-fried beef.
Serve the pan-fried beef with onions sprinkled with fresh parsley.
