Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 - 5
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • tomatoes - 4 - 5
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • parsley - 1 - 2 tablespoons, chopped, fresh
  • salt
  • black pepper - freshly ground
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp, optional
  • green onions - 1 stalk

How to make

Beat the eggs and mix them with crumbled feta cheese, diced tomatoes, chopped parsley and the spices. Pour the mixture into a well greased small baking dish.

Top with pieces of butter, spread them over the entire surface. Put the scrambled eggs with tomatoes to bake in a moderately heated oven for about 20 minutes or to full readiness.

Serve the scrambled eggs with tomatoes with chopped onions and other spices if desired.
