In the photos, I have also shown the process of preparing the small filo pastries.
You can use any bowls, or those for crème caramel. I have shown several options in the photos. Grease the bowls with a little butter.
Add the soda to the milk and stir. After that, the rest of the products are added and everything is beaten with a wire whisk. On one filo pastry sheet, put 3 tbsp. of the mixture and spread it everywhere.
It is first rolled up into a roll and then into a snail. The end is tucked under and placed in the bowl.
The air fryer filo pastries are baked in the oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 25-30 minutes. Judge according to your oven, mine is gas and bakes differently.
I baked my filo pastries in the air fryer. The device is switched on to heat up to 390°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Then the degrees are reduced. The filo pastries are baked on the bake program. First for 10 minutes at 330°F (165°C) and then 5 more at 320°F (160°C).
The small fluffy filo pastries in the air fryer do not need to be turned.
