How to make

I use dessert stevia and erythritol powder which are 1:1 with sugar.

I use a small round waffle iron.

Dragon's sunflower flour is low carb and very different from other brands. If you use something else, pay attention to the amount of carbohydrates in it.

You can replace sunflower flour with 25 g almond flour.

In a bowl, add the eggs, butter and beat. Then add the rest of the ingredients and beat again.

For one waffle put 2 tbsp. of the mixture in the waffle iron. I use a measuring spoon. 4-5 waffles are made. You need 4 for the cake.

The cream is made by mixing all the ingredients and stirring well.

A few blackberries are mashed with a fork.

The cake is arranged by placing a row of waffles, cream, blackberries. I put fresh fruit on top. The keto cake left in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

I divide it into 2 portions.
