Ingredients

  • for the base
  • almond flour - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • flaxseed - 1.1 oz (30 g) crushed
  • pecan - 1.1 oz (30 g) of raw walnuts
  • erythritol powder - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • baking powder - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • warm water - 5 1/3 tbsp (80 ml)
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp (15 ml)
  • cocoa - 2 tsp (10 g) natural 22% fat
  • eggs - 1 pc.

  • warm water - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • erythritol - 0.7 oz (20 g)

How to make

*I grind erythritol in a blender, until a powder is obtained.

Put all of the products without pecans in a deep bowl and mix, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Then pour the mixture into a round baking pan with a diameter of 7.1″ (18 cm) and smooth it out on top.

Arrange the pecans and place them in baking pan on a medium level in a preheated oven.

The oven must be preheated to 360°F (180°C).

The baking takes about 25-30 minutes. After this time, remove the baking pan from the oven and leave the pecan cake to cool completely.

Drizzle it with syrup and leave the keto cake with pecans overnight.
