*I grind erythritol in a blender, until a powder is obtained.
Put all of the products without pecans in a deep bowl and mix, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Then pour the mixture into a round baking pan with a diameter of 7.1″ (18 cm) and smooth it out on top.
Arrange the pecans and place them in baking pan on a medium level in a preheated oven.
The oven must be preheated to 360°F (180°C).
The baking takes about 25-30 minutes. After this time, remove the baking pan from the oven and leave the pecan cake to cool completely.
Drizzle it with syrup and leave the keto cake with pecans overnight.
