How to make
Put the egg whites in a deep bowl with a pinch of salt and beat them with a mixer until frothy.
Add the cinnamon, coconut flour and baking powder and beat again.
Chop the chocolate and walnuts into pieces with a knife. Save some for sprinkling on top and add the rest to the cake mix. Stir gently.
Grease a small ceramic dish with coconut oil and pour the mixture. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and chocolate on top.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and put the dish in the oven with a fan on for about 25 minutes. Check the cake to see if it is fully baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
Cut the keto cake into pieces and serve it with full fat homemade yogurt.
For extra sweetness, you can add honey, pekmez, etc.
