How to make
Cut the hard feta cheese into cubes. Heat the oil with the vinegar in a small container and add the blended garlic, paprika, powdered chili pepper, parsley and savory. Stir briefly and pour this over the feta cheese.
Let it stand until completely cool. Cut all the vegetables - peppers and cucumbers into slices, the onions – chopped into thin crescents and you can leave the tomatoes whole, if they are small enough.
Combine the vegetables with the olives in a bowl and mix them with the spices and optionally, a little oil and vinegar. Divide into 2 plates and arrange marinated feta cheese on top.
