How to make
Boil the potatoes and grate them on a grater. Grate the pickles and eggs also and beat the mayonnaise with the yoghurt.
Prepare a large bowl, place a layer of potatoes and cover it some of the mayonnaise sauce. Then add a layer of pickles.
On top of them, arrange a layer of grated eggs, then ham and feta cheese. Finish with grated cheese.
Alternate layers in this sequence, but without mixing the salad. Garnish with sliced strips of carrot and olives.
