How to make
I flavored the minced meat according to my taste - salt, black pepper, paprika, savory herb, garlic, parsley.
I filled the cannelloni, without cooking them beforehand, with the raw minced meat and arranged them in a rectangular baking pan.
I fried the chopped onion and garlic in the oil, added the tomatoes, seasoned and left it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
I added parsley and basil and poured it over the cannelloni.
I covered it with aluminum foil and put it in the oven, which was preheated to 370°F (190°C).
After 35-40 minutes, I removed the foil and sprinkled with grated cheese.
I returned the cannelloni with minced meat into the oven until nicely browned.
