How to make
The selected butter (preferably homemade) is left to soften at room temperature. Wash the fresh spices well and chop them very finely.
A blender can also be used for this purpose and the choice of spices can be different (basil, rosemary, thyme).
Crushed garlic and a little salt are added to the chopped spices. Add the softened homemade butter to the spices and mix vigorously with a fork.
Place on aluminum foil and wrap tightly, like candy. It is stored in a freezer.
The herb butter can be used to flavor dishes, mashed potatoes or spread on toast and sandwiches of choice.
