How to make
The measuring cup has a volume of 1 cup (250 ml).
The eggs are beaten with the sugar, oil and orange juice. Add the flour sifted with baking powder and the orange peel.
The mixture is poured into a greased and floured sponge cake mold. Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
