Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil and lemonade.
Finally, add the sifted flour with soda in a little vinegar and the citric acid. Mix well and pour the mixture into a suitable mold.
Bake the sponge cake at 360°F (180°C) for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick that is inserted in the middle comes out dry.
Leave it to cool and transfer the lemonade sponge cake into a suitable plate.
